RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy section is designed to keep you informed about the steps to take if you decide to return or exchange a product. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. By offering a clear and fair refund or exchange policy, we aim to build trust and provide you with peace of mind.
In this section, we endeavor to provide you with all the necessary details. Our goal is to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.
Here at Cross Peined Forge we strive to give you the best quality products that we can. Therefore, if your order arrives damaged, we encourage you to contact us and let us know so that we can figure out how to make it right. If you are unsatisfied with your order when it arrives, we would also encourage you to reach out to us within the first thirty days of receiving it so that we can find a solution. Whether that be to exchange it or start the return process. However, to do either of these things, we must ensure that the knife is unused.
If your knife needs maintenance, as all knives eventually do, Cross Peined Forge will provide that maintenance at either no charge or at a discounted rate, provided that the knife was purchased from us or one of our suppliers and proper care of the knife was taken. If there is any failure of the knives or any of their parts during normal* use, Cross Peined Forge will take responsibility for that failure and will repair the issue at no cost to the customer.
If for any reason there is evidence of neglect, damage from mistreatment (including run through the dishwasher, as every knife from Cross Peined Forge comes with an advisory warning against that), or any other failure to care for the knife, then Cross Peined Forge and Its associates will not be liable for those damages and any repairs or replacement of the product will be at the expense of the customer.
*Normal use is to be defined as use that would be typical in the kitchen or application that it was meant for, which does not include acts of prying, batoning, throwing, etc.
