The story of our logo is one that I came up with as a play on words which is our company’s namesake. In blacksmithing, and blade-smithing, there is a hammer that smiths use to shape their steel called a “cross pein hammer” in which the pein or back of the hammer is set as a horizontal bar. My logo has the cross of Jesus, which in Christianity is the symbol of Christ’s sacrifice for the forgiveness our sin, as the pein of the hammer. With the cross of Jesus being the pein of the hammer, it represents how the Lord has used the cross to shape my life in the same way that a blacksmith would use his hammer to shape steel, with power, love, and His unique design.
